President Of BELFOR Franchise Group

Rusty Amarante, CR, has over 40 years of experience in the restoration industry. He is the Director of Operations for BELFOR Property Restoration, the global leader in disaster recovery and President of BELFOR Franchise Group, the world’s largest residential and commercial services franchise group including 1-800 WATER DAMAGE, Chem-Dry Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning, Delta Restoration Services, DUCTZ International, HOODZ International, N-Hance Wood Refinishing, Blue Kangaroo Packoutz, The Patch Boys and Z PLUMBERZ.

Whether handling a loss that affected a family of three or a major catastrophe requiring teams of 3,000+, he knows every situation is its own unique challenge. Rusty is responsible for coordinating the BELFOR National Catastrophe Team’s logistics, manpower, equipment and resources in the aftermath of national disasters on a daily basis.

Rusty was past-President of the Restoration Industry Association (RIA) and served as Vice Chair to the IICRC S500 and water damage standards guide. He is a sought-out speaker in the restoration industry and has conducted hundreds of training classes throughout his career to encourage passionate restorers for the future.

Mr. Tarantin joined and has served as COO of BELFOR Franchise Group since September 10, 2019. Mr. Tarantin joined the Board of Directors of our affiliate HRI, as the Chairman, in September 2011 and has also served as President and CEO of HRI since November 11, 2011. He also serves as President and CEO of our affiliate NHI, since November 11, 2012, and CEO of our affiliate DDG, since March 16, 2018.

Brand President, redbox+ Dumpsters

Mr. Fagan has been in the restoration industry for over 25 years, having been the CEO of a predecessor water mitigation/contents company, which became part of the BELFOR family of companies in 2010. He has managed emergency losses in residential, hospital, university, business, manufacturing, multi-family and K-12 school facilities. In 2018, Mr. Fagan took over duties as President of 1-800-Water Damage and in 2019, he also took over as President of Blue Kangaroo Packoutz.

Mr. Fagan graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science degree in education and holds two post-graduate degrees in educational leadership from Eastern Michigan University. Mr. Fagan is the principal instructor for BELFOR’s continuing education courses for insurance agents and real estate licensees. He also manages the internal “BELFOR Boot Camp” training program for BELFOR Estimators, Project Managers and General Managers from around the US and Canada. Mr. Fagan is a licensed builder as well as a Restoration Industry Association Certified Restorer (CR) and Water Loss Specialist (WLS) – the highest level of training and certification available in the restoration industry.

Senior Vice President, Franchise Development, BELFOR Franchise Group

Mr. Smith has been the Senior Vice President of Franchise Sales and Development for all brands owned by BELFOR Franchise Group since September 2019. Mr. Smith joined the management team at HRI in August 2015 as Senior Vice President of Franchise Sales and Development. From December 2001 to July 2015 he served as Senior Vice President of Sales for Affinion Group in Franklin, Tennessee.

Vice President, Franchise Support, redbox+ Dumpsters

Bill joined the redbox+ Dumpsters franchise system in August of 2016. He currently serves as Vice President of Franchise Support. his primary responsibilities include overseeing and managing the new franchisee pre-launch process and post-launch support services. Bill comes with 25 years of franchise support experience. He previously served as a support specialist for Kitchen Solvers, LLC, a national kitchen and bath remodeling franchise system.

Lyle has been involved with redbox+ Dumpsters since the inception in 2007, helping to build the brand and messaging from day one gives Lyle a unique perspective on the redbox+ Dumpsters story. He brings 28 years of experience in advertising, marketing, and sales development. His primary responsibilities include helping franchise owners understand, market, and sell the redbox+ Dumpsters brand in their territory as well as guiding the overall development of redbox+ Dumpsters marketing materials.

Steve currently serves as the Southeast Region Business Coach and Equipment Specialist.  Prior to joining the redbox+ Dumpsters corporate team, he operated and managed a successful redbox+ Dumpsters franchise in Florida.  He has a long background in construction and military service, retiring as a Colonel in the US Army.  Steve is driven to help redbox+ Dumpsters franchisees succeed!

Mark Harget

Regional Business Coach

Mark has 10 years of experience as a Property Claims Adjuster, and 27 years in franchising helping entrepreneurs become successful in Mitigation / Insurance Industry.  Duties at redbox+ Dumpsters include Regional Business Coach assisting with the daily operations and selling requirements to grow new and existing business locations.  Oversee all of the National Account Sales development with local / regional / national companies that need a one stop shop for their dumpster / toilet combination needs.

Aaron joined redbox+ Dumpsters in February of 2022 serving as a Regional Business Coach focusing on the Midwest region. Aaron brings a lot of valuable experience to the franchise owners having been a business owner himself, as well as spending time as a business consultant, a digital marketing manager and digital consultant. Aaron has also provided training for sales and marketing strategies in his previous job. In his coaching role with redbox+ Dumpsters, Aaron will be supporting franchisees in all aspects of their business operations, business strategies, sales, and marketing.

Franchise Development Director, redbox+ Dumpsters

Stephan joined the redbox+ Dumpsters franchise system in January of 2022, serving as the new Franchise Development Director. He is responsible for finding passionate candidates with that entrepreneurial spirit in order to help the redbox+ Dumpster system expand across the U.S.. Born and raised in the Detroit Metro area, Stephan recently moved back to Michigan from New York City with his family. Previously, he spent 20 years in various business development management roles in the investment banking industry. He is now applying those valuable skills to help build the future of our redbox+Dumpsters franchisees.
